for AT&T,you would do the following:


1.  In your emailer on your PC, go to the TO: field.


2.  In that field, you would type:


1234567...@txt.att.net


where the numbers above you'd replace with the actual phone number to 
which you want to send a text message.  You can skip over the Subject: 
heading and send up to 250 characters in the text message.  Hope this
