Hi,

To fix this, do the following:-

1.  Open a command prompt.  Press the Windows key and type cmd and if it
says Command Prompt, press enter.

2. Type the following two lines in the command prompt, substituting
user_name with your own user name, exactly as it appears in the directory
sstructure:-

PUSHD C:\Users\user_name\Favorites 
ICACLS *.URL /L /T /SETINTEGRITYLEVEL MED

Type this exactly as it appears on the above two lines.

Now type Exit to get out of the command prompt.

Congratulations, your problem is fixed.
