Window-Eyes and Apps

Hello everyone, I've just noticed that some of my Window-Eyes apps, such 
as hourly chime, TB enhance and IE enhance are not working properly.  
This started happening just yesterday, and I can't get to app get, it's 
as if the option has disappeared.  Is anyone else having this problem?
