I didn't have any luck with the last version on windows 10, don't have a Windows box to try it on here. I think iTunes is the worst piece of trash I have ever mess with on a computer. I have contacted Apple accessibility several times but to no avail. I really don't think they care honestly. honestly, I've never talk to any sighted people who like iTunes, but that may be our lead a sheltered life LOL
