JAWS does have tech support specialists who are blind as well.  But the
GWMicro owners are sighted as well.

Sky, you mention the sighted folks at the now VFO, but aren't the GW Mcro
owners sighted?  I know GW had a lot of tech support who were blind and they
knew their stuff and were more helpful than the jaws CSRs.  I'm not sure how
many jaws customer service folks are blind, but they don't seem as helppful.


As for the timeline, maybe VFO wanted AI Squared to merge with GW Micro
first.  When that happened, I thought maybe Window-eyes had a chance - maybe
that is what GW folks thought too.


Just sad that we are hearing things everywhere but directly.
