For me, using Window Eyes, if I want to find out if there are any buttons on a screen, including YouTube, I just hit the b key and, if they're labeled, as they are on YouTube, I hear what they are.

Yes, there is a Pause Button, however, depending upon which screen
Reader and which Browser you use, it may be found in different places on
the screen.

Use Firefox and Window Eyes 9.5.  As I am listening to a video, if I
arrow down with my arrow keys, I come across the Pause Button within a
few presses of the Down Arrow.

If I press the Pause Button by pressing the Enter Key, the Button that
replaces the Pause Button is one labeled Play.


These Buttons could be part of the HTML 5 code, or within the CSS code,
or Java or some other language.

Not all screen readers pick these extra items up.
