It is often the case that, when you are on or near the Pause/Play button you can turn Browse mode off and use the up and down arrows to adjust volume and the left and right arrows to move forward and backward through the presentation.

Yes, there is a Pause Button, however, depending upon which screen
Reader and which Browser you use, it may be found in different places on
the screen.

Use Firefox and Window Eyes 9.5.  As I am listening to a video, if I
arrow down with my arrow keys, I come across the Pause Button within a
few presses of the Down Arrow.

If I press the Pause Button by pressing the Enter Key, the Button that
replaces the Pause Button is one labeled Play.


These Buttons could be part of the HTML 5 code, or within the CSS code,
or Java or some other language.

Not all screen readers pick these extra items up.
