The Easist way to close Window Eyes is to Press CTRL-Backslash which brings up the Control Pannel. Press Alt-F to bring up the File Menu. Then up arrow twice to get to Exit Window Eyes, and Press the Enter Key.
Then Press the Enter Key once more to go with the OK Button.
