Hi Pam, I'm sorry, but this is too much thinking overtime. Yes, Control-Alt-W will restart Window-Eyes, but so will finding Window-Eyes on the Start menu, and choosing it. The simple fact is that there is nothing built into Window-Eyes that makes Control-Alt-W work. The icon is what does it.

I believe the layout has changed as now I only have to arrow down one but I'm not sure what the layout would be like on your computer.
