You have to start a new one in JAWS.
Press insert d and then control shift d.
Then insert numbpad 5 and press the space bar. Then it works similar to
exemption dictionary.

I just took the plunge and began learning Jaws this afternoon. Is there a
way of transferring all my WE exception dictionary entries over to Jaws? I
know the WE dictionary is merely a text file. Is this true for Jaws? If so,
where would I find that file?
