Open the email 
Press insert and A  this will tell you the name of the file attached

Press Alt and arrow down .  This will give you the option to open the
attachment or save it or view the file.

Hi there!

If your  using gMail with an internet client such as I.E or Firefox Etc.
when I am through composing my message I simply press the tab key until I
hear send message or something to that affect.  I generally use Thunderbird
so don't as a rule use the actual gMail program.  Hope this helps..! Good
