I have no idea why you'd get such a notification. About the only thing
you can do is open the Window-Eyes control panel, Alt+F File, arrow up
twice to Update outdated settings, and press enter.
Otherwise, perhaps someone has a clean collection of all the latest set
files.

i have windows set to keep the notifications on the screen for 2
minutes. this doesn't help.
