True, but that's only half the battle. It won't take you down the wrong street. However, it may instruct you to take the second turn instead of the first (given that it won't see any relationship between the carriageways). It's just a special case of a similar situation where you have two roads spaced 20m apart and the first one won't allow you to enter. This seems like the sort of thing relations will fix once the clever people finish thinking it through.
