yes, but is easy scrambling.... moderate scrambling (UIAA class II) should be probably tagged with alpine_hiking. The big problem is comparing the different national scales. For me, in the Italian Dolomites, it is easy to apply the sac_scale because reflects more or less the overall difficulties of all the paths (except for Via Ferrata / Klettersteig that is currently lacking a tag).
