That'll be the list of features/tags that a program supports, and published by the person who makes that program. It's entirely possible that they don't publish such a list, in which case you'll have to guess or read the source code if it's available. Map features is probably a reasonable first shot, but it's not binding on anyone, and any implication that just because something is documented on map features, then programs should be using it, is just plain wrong.
