I added a quality code to: http://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=0Aoyf-OlHreuhdDBkSWJ2d1FtMkpkTzZrV1B4dDlKREE&hl=en 1=precise; 2=nearby; 3=approx village centroid
Is there a way to implement that in OSM? (so that people will know whether they're getting approximate location?)
