Well, the latter one probably doesn't have anything specifically added for the crisis, and may route you along roads tagged with impassable=yes for instance (something which the All in One avoids). And its styling is probably just the default whereas All in One renders as many features as possible, including different way types. (BTW, we now have a photo of the map on the wiki page.)
