I for one would love it if Frederik would carry out his threat in this email: http://lists.openstreetmap.org/pipermail/legal-talk/2010-August/003910.html Because he would no longer be able to hide behind someone else vandalising the data if/when data is removed in future due to the license change over and he himself would directly become the data vandal.
