What do you think about something like:

cost:car_2axle = $X
cost:car_3axle = $X
cost:motorbike = $X
cost:truck_2axle = $X
.
.
.
cost:truck_Naxle = $X

And we can use something like $X/$Y is the price is different in the rush
hours.
