UK charges tend to be fairly well defined to use cost:vehicle-xxx and I have to remember to have my 5p ready when I go over the bridge near Oxford, but here they only collect for part of the day and I have yet to work out when I can get through free ;)

Flagging ON OSM that there is a charge is at least a start, even if you need a ten page document then to work out how much ...
