Yes, that's a good example.  However, I think the additional
information, while relatively useless, is also relatively harmless.
Is there something in particular that is bothering you about it?

The main thing is that I've seen route relations get borked by the formation of these (probably due to conflicts), and it's easy to bork these turn restrictions without realizing by downloading route relation members in JOSM for editing.
