The best way to tag this is pretty obvious if you read the public_transport wiki page. Stop area<http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Proposed_features/Public_Transport#Stop_area>should be a relation with all the points that form it, like platform, bench, shelter.. And we could put a parking lot in if it is a park and ride. Janjko
