Imports are by their intrinsic nature never urgent (it is not as if the
3rd party data is going to vanish if you don't import it today).
Also, I cannot remember Jan having discussed his proposed import on the
import mailing list even though he has been told that he'd be violating
the guidelines if he imports without doing that.
