hi, regarding address mapping I use keypadmapper2, because on my phone osmpad has problems due to the low resolution.. regarding poi collecting I moved from osmtracker to geopaparazzi, it has notes, geotagged photos and vocal notes and uses mapsforge if you want to take notes more precisely. has also a osm specific mode to compile tag specific forms.
