Well of course when you put "osm" in the search query you will get results from OSM.org... but it kind of defeats the purpose - the point is to promote OSM to people who don't know about it, isn't it?

Yes, I noted this because of a misspelled street name, but it also works for 
correctly spelled ones, if you put osm to the search term you'll see them 
sooner. Being indexed doesn't of course guarantee that you are in the top 
results.
