Cool, I didn't know there was such a thing. The problem with tag
voting is that it is normative. One *should* tag this way. So, should
the wiki be describing these norms (which, through the nature of
votring, not everyone will agree with)? Or should the wiki be
describing the exact semantics of every tag?

The One True Sin of OSM editing is to add tags where the meaning is
not well-defined. You may as well not edit if people can't figure out
what you mean.
