Hi Steve,

Try looking at the data. There are POIs such as toilets and car parking at
the entrance to the National Park, hard to map from an armchair (unless
it's a luxurious toilet seat!). Though they might be short-term visitors,
they could be better to contact.

ITO World's tool might also be helpful for you (requires login) as it shows
a map of ways colour-coded per user. This will still show armchair mappers,
but there can be more signs as to whether they are/aren't.
