Nope.
The tag was used by malcomh to fix the incorrect tagging of a terminal with
a tag representing an harbour.
I discussed briefly with him before I made the proposal in January, but not
before the actual edit.
On the italian ones I reached a consensus with myself about the change of
tagging.
