1. Change of law in all EU countries by July 2015 according to Directive
2013/37/EU of the European Parliament of 26 June 2013 amending Directive
2003/98/EC on the re-use of public sector information: "By 18 July 2015,
Member States shall adopt and publish the laws, regulations and
administrative provisions necessary to comply with this Directive. They
shall immediately inform the Commission thereof.  They shall apply those
measures from 18 July 2015."
