Of course this works only when the postal codes are areas, but I believe this is the case in Poland. I do not believe that city or postal code changes are only for 1 node, it's for a lot of nodes. By using boundaries, you only have to update the boundary and not each individual node. On the other hand, the algorithm used for the Flemish import detects that the address node in OSM that is closest to the node for the external DB has the same addr:street. If not, this mismatch is reported on the webpage. It's probably easy to add city as well. regards m
