If you look at the edit history, there's evidence of more than one user ID showing a supporting pattern of edits. This too is concerning. -- The irony is a non-social editor creating a page about "OpenStreetMap is a social activity".
At this point it's an edit war, one that user Xxzme seems to intend to win.
