Maurice,

please dont confuse yourself, the web browser fixed in this release was for
symbian s60 9.3 devices and not for symbian anna yet.
you must wait for another announcement by nuance for another release to fix
issue found in symbian anna especially on the web
browser part.

honestly speaking, the talks release 5.21.3 is not fully support symbian anna
yet.

Subject: [Talks] E6 and one big problem and a question.

Hi All.

Now am really happy with my E6 and latest talks 5.213.

I have set the whole phone up as I like it including Date and time which I
couldn't do in the previous release of talks.

However, I have encountered a major stumbling block.

One of the main things I use on the phone is the Web browser.

I understood that accessibility for using this had been solved in this
version.

So, I have installed the latest o2 browsing software but, find the
following:

When I press the Web icon or menu item all the phone will say is "Window".

When I press the middle button it just says "Select".

When I run my finger up the touch screen the icon says:

"Text, http//www.o2active.com".

But, no web.

Now, to be honest, if I can't access the web then all my efforts setting
up the E6 have been wasted.

So, Can anyone tell me if there's anything I can do to sort this out or
whether this hasn't been fixed by Nuance yet.

If I can't access the browser then I will have to either go back to using my
N86 or look for an alternative speech programme such as Mobile Speak which I
really don't want to do.

Just as an aside, is it possible to alter the qwerty keyboard so that one
can text using the number keys as per my N86.

Thanks very much.

 Maurice Press.
