In coming or new messages are just not spoken there is a work around of
choosing reply this will read some messages. To see the difference you
would need a handset running the latest firmware and another running the
version
51.018
I don't use the latest talks for the first time ever as it is just so messy
when using the music player which I do allot. Mobilespeak does much the
same with the music player but not as badly as talks does.

Hi Bernard,
thanks for your feedback.
message or document. I think making the email client in the latest
firmware accessible is going to be one hell of a challenge. Currently it
has stumped both talks and mobilespeak developers.
Could you please clarify the remain problems with the e-mail client in
TALKS 5.21 in the new firmware?
I would expect the focused element in the Inbox to be read fine. Also the
plain-text version of the e-mail should be read when you press
[Talks],[Down] after TALKS says "Browser" when you have opened a received
message. This method will not yet let you access attachments, but the text
itself should be readable as if it were a web page
If this doesn't work, it would be interesting to hear more...
ciao marcus
