Dear Tango Friends,
I am writing to ask for an assistant for my business, Exotic Tango
Vacations.
Some of you know that I run more than one business. (Please see
www.visionarypower.com and beyondtango.com if you want to know more about
them.)
After two years, the Exotic Tango Vacations are getting to be successful, and
time consuming, and I am looking for a "virtual assistant" to help me out.
I need:
Someone who can work efficiently on a Mac
Put mailing lists in order, and generally maintain order for lists
Answer some mail to do with Tango projects
Keep track of all payment for the trips, balance records, personal
requests, balance of male/female dancers,etc.
Be a traveling helper when needed to assist me with all the things that
come up on trips.
Creatively assist to brainstorm new ideas and promotional material.
Personal gifts and skills:
MAD ABOUT TANGO and very interested in personal growth
Great telephone person
Personable with a wonderful sense of humor
Honest
Organized
Positive attitude
Creative: perhaps with graphic skills?
A good left brain (I've got more than my share of right brain skills)
Spanish/English speaking
Confident and personally secure
Able to play well with others
Feels reasonably comfortable in an airplane, on a raft, buses in Mayan
jungles, crossing the Avenidas in Buenos Aires, and generally enjoys new
experiences and adventure. (The Avenidas in Buenos Aires are the most
life threatening on the list.)
Depending on the upcoming trips, work would be ten and more hours a week.
Sometimes I am on ETVacation mail and business for six hours a day; sometimes
one or two a day.
The pay would be ( an agreed upon amount of hours) in exchange for taking
Exotic Tango Vacations for free. As the business grows, a commission could be
added. If you are someone interested in investing in the business, we could
discuss that as well.
