In 1955 he started his career as a musician playing the BANDONEON. Two years later he became a tango dancer and decided to dedicate his life to this profession. His exquisite Tango Salon Style captured Madonna's attention, who brought him as her tango instructor and partner for Alan Parker's movie EVITA. He has participated in the most famous tango movies: - Evita, (Alan Parker's) - TANGO, (Carlos Saura's) - The Tango Lesson, (Sally Potter's) - Tango Bar, (Raul Julia) - Tango Baile Nuestro, (Tango documental) - Funes Un Gran Amor, (argentinean production) Pedro has performed at the following tango stage productions: - El Patio de la Morocha (Argentina) - Maria de Buenos Aires (Honk Kong) - Maraton (Argentina) - Creator of the Torino Tango Fest in Turin, Italy. He was Hugo's first tango teacher and mentor. We are very happy to bring him to the LA area and afford the tango community the opportunity to share his talents as a teacher and a dancer.
