Pada /etc/yum.repos.d/fedora-core.repo udah saya tambahin
[Local-Install]
name=Fedora Core $releasever - $basearch
baseurl=file:///media/hdb/
enabled=1
gpgcheck=1
gpgkey=file:///etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-fedora
file:///etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY

lupa file mana aja yang harus dirubah, tapi coba buka satu-satu file
dibawah directory "/etc/yum.repos.d/" kalo nemu opsi "enabled=1" rubah
menjadi "enabled=0".
lalu tambahkan (misalnya) di bagian bawah file "/etc/yum.conf"
...
[Installer]
name=FCX Installer
baseurl=file:///media/hdb/
enabled=1
gpgcheck=0
...
pastikan 'metadata repository' sudah di buat/ada, kalo ga salah ada di
directori "repodata", CMIIW. Saya ga pake pirut jadi maaf kalo masih tidak
berhasil, gimana kalo pake yum or yumex saja?
