Category: None Group: None Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 5 Submitted By: Howard Lewis Ship (hship) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: Make page-spec and comp-spec distinct Initial Comment: Using a single <specification> element in the DTD for both pages and components its a bit off, since pages can't contain parameters. Should have two top-level elemements: <component- specification> and <page-specification>. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Geoffrey Longman (glongman) Date: 2002-06-07 17:46 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=387057 Further to my last, it would be preferable in spindle to leave it with the two current spec objects. But one could add an isPage method to ComponentSpecification. That would allow me to hide things in the editor for pages that don't make sense (parameters?) ApplicationSpecification ComponentSpecification PageSpecification ? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Corey Puffalt (yeroc) Date: 2002-03-31 16:34 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=45703 Maybe you should consider making them two separate DTDs as they live in separate files? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=354754&aid=534055&group_id=4754 _______________________________________________________________ Don't miss the 2002 Sprint PCS Application Developer's Conference August 25-28 in Las Vegas - http://devcon.sprintpcs.com/adp/index.cfm?source=osdntextlink _______________________________________________ Tapestry-developer mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/tapestry-developer
