All I can think is that you're ahead of your time. My own approach in designing a non-trivial project is "Design From The Outside In", eg., Doug Rosenberg's "Use Case Drive Object Modelling". The reason is that the outside of a system is always more complex than the inside, especially if the outside includes humans. I've know many people, especially old-time unix command line guys, who have the opposite view. They think the inside is where it's at. They're "system" guys and think you should relegate the GUI to a less skilled HTML coder or graphics person. I've known many people like this who've probably never spoken with an actual user/customer. They prefer to talk people like themselves and perhaps feel superior. <$.02/> -- Michael Doherty [EMAIL PROTECTED] ------------------------------------------------------- This sf.net email is sponsored by:ThinkGeek No, I will not fix your computer. http://thinkgeek.com/sf _______________________________________________ Tapestry-developer mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/tapestry-developer
