Bug not checking state of host and causing the scheduler to continue to try and
allocate a vm on a host that is not in normal operating mode.
Check the state of the host to make sure in normal operating state.
Good, does that address your issue? I'm thinking about keeping a backup
minmaxhost to try if the first one failed.
Can you perhaps comment on the questions I was asking you before?
