Update,
Got in touch with Dave @ Red Bear and he's making me a new one.
I sent the fractured one back to him for analysis.
How nice is that, he could have blown me off saying "I'm not
responsible
for what happens after the picks leave here".
 Great customer relations,
I'll refer him to everyone I know who picks and instrument!!
