Good News I contacted Dave @ Red Bear and he's going to make me a new pick. What great customer service, he could've blown me off saying he wasn't responsible for what happens after the picks leave his shop but he manned up. I sent him the fractured pick for analysis. Now he has a customer for life and I will refer him to everyone I know who picks an instrument.
