It seems to be something like Rails. Yesterday I found this cute article: http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/opensource/library/os-ws-rubyrails/index.html
Ok, some clarification. I started some days ago with Taverna. My data are stored into databases. I'm not an expert of webservices. So, I used SQL for getting data and use them into Taverna, in the mean time I'm exploring the web services' world (development). I'll use webservices to wrap computations and SQL queries, but that will require a littel bit of time. Probably monday :-D I'll have some prototype. Cheers. -- Ra ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ _______________________________________________ taverna-users mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/taverna-users Documentation: http://www.mygrid.org.uk/usermanual1.7/ FAQ: http://www.mygrid.org.uk/wiki/Mygrid/TavernaFaq Biological Services: http://www.mygrid.org.uk/wiki/Mygrid/BiologicalWebServices
