Ok, some clarification. I started some days ago with Taverna. My data 
are stored into databases. I'm not an expert of webservices.
So, I used SQL for getting data and use them into Taverna, in the mean 
time I'm exploring the web services' world (development).
I'll use webservices to wrap computations and SQL queries, but that will 
require a littel bit of time. Probably monday :-D I'll have some prototype.
