Hello everyone, I'm trying to execute a Taverna workflow programmatically. The tutorial for that is very helpful!

Apparently they are stored as XML-File. Is there any information on how these files are organized in detail? How can I export inputs and outputs from Taverna? 2) The tutorial currently is about version 1.6 of Taverna. What about version 2.0 ? Does it bring any changes? 3) Execution of workflows require some jar-Files, such as "baclaca-core", "taverna-core", "raven" etc. Where can i get these?
