Hello,

You can find the jars in a directory called .m2/repository.  This is  
where Maven, the build system that Taverna uses, stores everything.   
When it is first run Taverna goes off and fetches all the Jars it  
needs using a classloading/dependency management system called Raven  
(which is loosely based on Maven).  That is why it doesn't come with  
many Jars when you download.  Have a look at http://maven.apache.org/  
for more information.
