What happens is that dot is used to generate svg from the Dataflow (or ScuflModel in Taverna 1) and then the svg is displayed in the diagram. It looks as if dot is not generating the svg correctly. I've seen such an error before (I think Marco Roos had it in a beta of Taverna 2) and that error was fixed.
