I managed to get it to open with 2.1 beta1 RC2. So I am a bit puzzled
why it doesn't open for you. I recommend that you download the beta
from http://www.myexperiment.org/packs/60
and try again. Let us know how you get on.

the workflow starts with popping up windows(file input) for the

would be interesting to try that with Taverna 2.1 beta.

As this is an odd error - could you double-check that you are using
Taverna 2.0 downloaded from
http://www.mygrid.org.uk/tools/taverna/taverna-2-0/download-taverna-2-0/
and that you are running it by starting run.bat ?
You could also try with recently announced 2.1 beta 1 to see if
there's any difference, see
http://www.myexperiment.org/packs/60
As Ian posted, it would be most helpful to the team if you could
provide us with the workflow that you can't run (with example inputs
and it's expected outputs), and we can have a try as well :-)

Sorry to hear you have had problems. Could you post a copy of your
workflow and we can take a closer look. It is possible that it is a
problem with version 2.0, we will soon be releasing 2.1 which should
fix 'most' of the problems with opening 1.7 workflows.
