Hi,
I have a some services that I use for testing. I needed to update
these for another reason, and added a wait operation whilst I was at it.
You can find this operation using the wsdl
http://www.mygrid.org.uk/menagerie/xfire/Primatives-re?wsdl
the operation takes a time period in seconds, waits for the given amount
of time, then simply returns "true".
