Sorry for resending this but I wanted to make my question clear.
I am using Taverna 2.1 beta 1.
I have 2 web services A and B based on two command line tools. The scenario is
1) I have a list of filenames
e.g. 12.orig, 13.orig, 14.orig, and 15.orig
2) the entries in that list is fed into A, one at a time. Service A expects
and returns single filename.
e.g. the result of running the command line A 12.orig is 12_mm.orig. In this
case, A needs to be executed 4 times because A takes on single value only.
3) B takes on all of the results from A, and run once
e.g. the command line is B 12_mm.orig 13_mm.orig 14_mm.orig 15_mm.orig
Can anyone gives a step-by-step instruction how to do that? I am hesitated to
use bean shell as the group wants the workflow to use web services only.
