Hi! If you were using the web service http://www.ebi.ac.uk/ws/services/urn:Dbfetch?wsdl - it used to be included by default in Taverna - you might find that it now has moved to http://www.ebi.ac.uk/Tools/webservices/wsdl/WSDbfetch.wsdl - at least I *think* it is the same service - the operations are the same.
The first URL gives a 200 OK and a 0 byte document back - which means that http://www.biocatalogue.org/services/1417-wsdbfetchserverlegacyservice_294961#monitoring did not pick it up as gone. EBI support (CCed) - has the old URL specifically stopped working?
