HI > Can you not use the phylogeny_molecular_sequence soablab service - i.e > the marked as Soablab rather than using an arbitary WSDL. The soaplab > service have this polling pattern built into them. Search for > phylogeny_molecular in the service palette to find it.
I know the soaplab services, and they are "easier" to use being single processors, But they have timeout limits on the ebi servers and often the time is not enough to finish such kinds of analisys! and i have some errors when i try to implement the bootstrap (like fseqboot) with the fneighboor or fprotdist services. So i decided to use ebi tools especially for the asyncronous property and for seeing to avoid other errors. >> (it was useful to see the dot line of the coord "run after link" in the >> image, in this version it is not implemented!?) >> > Thanks for reporting this, I've raised this as a bug. > http://www.mygrid.org.uk/dev/issues/browse/T2-704 > > thanks cheers >> >> _______________________________________________ >> taverna-users mailing list >> [email protected] >> [email protected] >> Web site: http://www.taverna.org.uk >> Mailing lists: http://www.taverna.org.uk/taverna-mailing-lists/ > > -- Achille Zappa -Bioinformatics National Cancer Research Institute (IST) Largo Benzi 10 16132 Genova - ITALY Tel. 010 5737288 -IEIIT - Sezione di Genova National Research Council (CNR) via De Marini, 6 16149 Genova - ITALY ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Enter the BlackBerry Developer Challenge This is your chance to win up to $100,000 in prizes!
